New For 2014: P&G and the Reds are pleased to welcome the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden as a partner  for the Community Makeover. The staff from the Cincinnati Zoo brings a wealth of experience in horticulture, sustainable design and maintenance.

The Reds Community Fund is also looking for additional projects in underserved neighborhoods where a new or renovated ballfield would increase the number of youth participating in baseball and softball programs. Prospective communities for the field makeover can be from anywhere in Reds Country. Apply at reds.com/community.

P&G and the Reds Community Fund have partnered since 2010 for the annual P&G Community Day volunteer service projects featuring hundreds of P&G employees renovating baseball fields, softball fields and community parks. The most recent project in 2013 included over 400 P&G North America Marketing employees volunteering in Avondale to rebuild the Hirsch Recreation Center ballfields and refurbish the Gabriel’s Place food ministry with assistance from the Cincinnati Zoo and other community partners.
