Each year more than a million migratory Wildebeest, Zebra and Thompson’s Gazelle move onto the short grass plains of the southern Serengeti and it is here that the Wildebeest females drop their calves. This safari is specifically designed to visit a variety of East Africa’s wildlife habitats, each with its unique community of birds and mammals, scenic attractions, and cultural components. The Great Rift Valley, the vast savannas of the Serengeti, Lake Manyara National Park, Olduvai Gorge, the Ngorongoro Crater and Tarangire National Park are all included in this 12 day safari program. Our means of transportation is in specially equipped 4-wheel drive safari vehicles with a guaranteed window seat and access to the roof hatch for all participants.
