Education Program Cancel or Change Policy

The Zoo's cancellation and change policy varies by program. Please review the specific policy for the program you have registered for.

School Field Trips

If you must cancel or change your school field trip to the Zoo please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 2. Please note- if your group totals have changed by more than 50 people please notify us by completing the above form. If your totals have not change by more than 50 people it is not necessary to notify us.

Nocturnal Adventures Overnights

All $150 overnight deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule an overnight there is a $50 rescheduling fee and you must contact us at least 30 days prior to the program. If you must cancel or change your overnight at the Zoo please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 3.

In-School Frisch's Outreach

To cancel or reschedule a Frisch's Outreach program you must contact us at least 30 days prior to the program. Last minute cancellations will result in a $35 cancellation fee. If you must cancel or change your outreach program please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 5.

Wildlife Comes to You

Wildlife Comes to You payments are non-refundable. To reschedule a Wildlife Comes to You program you must contact us two weeks in advance. If you must cancel or change your Wildlife Comes to You program please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 7.

Scout Pick-A-Badge

All deposits are non-refundable. To reschedule a Pick-A-Badge program there is a rescheduling fee and you must contact us at least two weeks prior to the program. If you must cancel or change your Pick-A-Badge program please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 6.

Zoo Camps

To cancel or reschedule Zoo Camp you must contact us at least two weeks in advance. Camp fees are refundable only if you contact us two weeks in advance. If you must cancel or change your Zoo Camp please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 4.

Youth, Adult, and Family Programs

Youth, Adult, and Family Programs are non-refundable. We are happy to issue you a full class credit for the program if you contact us within 24 hours of the program. This class credit can be applied to any future Education Program at the Zoo. If you must cancel or change your program please complete this form or call 513-559-7767 option 4.
