Hours change seasonally, as indicated below:

 

September 8, 2009 thru November 26, 2009

• Daily: 9:00am to 5:00pm

The Cincinnati Zoo is open on Thanksgiving Day, November 26

• From 9:00am to 4:00pm

• Closed in the evening.

PNC Festival of Lights Hours (November 27th - January 3rd)

• Daily: 9:00am to 5:00pm

• Open Nightly 5pm - 9pm
• Festival of Lights is closed on Christmas Eve.

The Cincinnati Zoo is open everyday except Christmas.

Because the park remains open during inclement weather, the Zoo offers no refunds or rainchecks. Because of the varying needs of the animals, some buildings or exhibits may close early.
