Cincinnati Zoo Single-Day Guests No Longer Need Reservations for Timed Entry!

Posted June 30, 2021

CINCINNATI (June 30, 2021) – Starting tomorrow, Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden will no longer require visitors to reserve a specific entry time.  This requirement was lifted for members earlier this month and the Zoo is now ready to extend that convenience to all.  Single-day ticketholders can enter the Zoo any time between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. on the day for which they purchase tickets.

“We strongly recommend buying tickets online, as far in advance as possible,” said Cincinnati Zoo director Thane Maynard. “You get the best price and avoid waiting in line when you get to the Zoo.”

Single-day tickets are still date specific, but visitors do not have to arrive at a certain time.  Dynamic pricing offers reduced rates for days that are in less demand and guarantees lower prices for tickets purchased online vs. in-person on the day of your visit.

The Zoo opens daily at 10 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m.  Cincinnati Zoo members enjoy early entry at 9 a.m.  For more information visit www.cincinnatizoo.org.  Masks are optional for fully vaccinated guests but still required in human-animal contact areas.
