A little honk goes a long way and makes our day!

WHO:             The Friends of the Cincinnati Zoo are showing their support at seven Honk & Wave locations throughout Hamilton County, on Monday, November 4, from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Zoo mascots, staff, volunteers, animals, and friends will be rallying to show their Zoo support and ask the county to vote #YESON2 to #RENEWTHEZOO!

1. NORTH:  Kenwood & Montgomery Road

2. DOWNTOWN: near P & G

3. EAST: Corner of Beechmont & Five Mile

4. WEST: Werk & Glenway

5. NORTH: Reading Road & E. Columbia Ave

6. NEAR ZOO: Mitchell & Vine

7. UPTOWN: MLK & Vine (Near EPA)

The Zoo levy is a renewal, without an increase, so it won’t raise taxes.  The funds go directly to the care, feeding, and maintenance of the animals and gardens at the Zoo.  This five-year levy, which costs the owner of a $100,000 home approximately $10.60 a year, helps keep the Cincinnati Zoo a world-class attraction and affordable for everyone.   Renew the Zoo, Vote YES on 2.  More about the levy…
