Last Weekend for HallZOOween at the Cincinnati Zoo & BOO-tanical Garden

Posted October 26, 2017
Trick or treat around the Zoo this Saturday and Sunday

This weekend is your last chance to experience HallZOOween, presented by Frisch’s Big Boy, this year! Little ghouls and boys can trick-or-treat around the Cincinnati Zoo & BOO-tanical Garden this Saturday and Sunday from Noon – 5 p.m. Please BYOB (bring your own bag) to help the #GreenestZooinAmerica stay green!

Stop by the Zoo’s Beauty Shop of Horrors for fingernail painting and cool temporary tattoos and witness one of the area’s best magical entertainers – Phil Dalton’s Theater of Illusion.  Marvel at the magic each Saturday and Sunday at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. in the Wings of Wonder Theater.

The always-popular Search for the Golden Frisch’s Big Boy is back again this year!  Two golden big boy statues will be hidden around the Zoo each day of HallZOOween. The two lucky visitors who find them will receive a Frisch’s gift card and Cincinnati Zoo tickets valued at $150. Guests will also enjoy the 4-D Experience in the Zoo’s Special FX 4-D Theater! (There is an additional cost for this attraction.)
The weekend will be packed with special animal encounters, HallZOOween animal meet & greets, Hogwarts Express train rides and opportunities to spin on the Scare-ousel.

NOTE: Check temperatures before you come.  Visitor favorites like Fiona and baby rhino Kendi will only be outside if it’s 50 degrees or above and sunny.

The Cincinnati Zoo opens daily at 10 am. (9 a.m. for Zoo Members.) HallZOOween, presented by Frisch’s Big Boy, takes place from Noon – 5 p.m. and is FREE with Zoo Admission. For more information, visit www.cincinnatizoo.org.

Palm Oil is used in many of the foods and products we consume every day, including candy.  Selecting products made with Certified Sustainable Palm Oil (CSPO) helps protect animal habitats (where palm oil is found). The Cincinnati Zoo has created a handy shopping guide to help consumers make orangutan-friendly choices.[/symple_box]
