Living Classroom Education Access Fund (LCEAF) FREE Field Trips, Overnights, & *NEW* Zoo On the Move Thanks to the Living Classroom Education Access Fund, qualified schools can apply for financial assistance for a daytime field trip , Overnight Adventures, or *NEW for 2020* Zoo On the Move. To apply, click the button below to provide your contact information, trip details, and the following requirements: Statement of financial need as a school. This can be either a signed statement from your school principal or a source stating your status as 60% or more free and reduced lunch students. Schools must be from the Greater Cincinnati Area to qualify. A complete list of all eligible counties from Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana are listed on the application. A choice of either a Zoo-based school program or activity OR a detailed lesson plan explaining the activities your students will complete during your field trip including objectives and standards being met. An agreement to participate in a Zoo post assessment with your students. Failure to do so will delay the review of your application. Applications typically take up to 3 weeks to process. *Daytime grants are blacked out for the following days: Thursdays/Fridays in April and May. **Overnight grants are blacked out for the following days: Saturdays. ***Zoo On the Move is available during school hours September 1st – May 31st to Ohio schools within a 30 mile radius of the Zoo.
