Ameritas Wings of Wonder

Ameritas Wings of Wonder is an action-packed free-flight demonstration that takes place in the Zoo’s amphitheater. See, hear, and even feel a variety of avian behaviors from flying, calling, mimicking, climbing, and outsmarting their trainers. This program showcases a dozen different species of winged wonders, including a hyacinth macaw, milky eagle owl, Abyssinian ground hornbill, and the Zoo’s famed bald eagle Sam.
