WHO: The Friends of the Cincinnati Zoo are showing their support at seven Honk & Wave locations throughout Hamilton County, on Monday, November 4, from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Zoo mascots, staff, volunteers, animals, and friends will be rallying to show their Zoo support and ask the county to vote #YESON2 to #RENEWTHEZOO!

The Zoo levy is a renewal, without an increase, so it won’t raise taxes. The funds go directly to the care, feeding, and maintenance of the animals and gardens at the Zoo. This five-year levy, which costs the owner of a $100,000 home approximately $10.60 a year, helps keep the Cincinnati Zoo a world-class attraction and affordable for everyone.
