The Zoo offers an elegant atmosphere, boasting indoor and outdoor venues that can accommodate groups of various sizes. Our beautiful gardens and exhibits provide breathtaking backdrops for any ceremony or reception.
Guests aren’t the only wild encounter taking place, as we bring an animal (or two!) right to the party for you. The Zoo offers options for your ceremony and reception, just a reception, or even your rehearsal dinner!

- Book the $600 proposal package, which includes a picnic basket, champagne, animal appearance, and animal painting.

- Pick your special spots at the Zoo to pop the question
- Some favorites include:
- Quiet spots: Swan Lake secret spot, Peace Garden, Passenger Pigeon memorial
- Botanical spots: Asian waterfall garden, tulips during Zoo Blooms (April). Flower beds are also at their peak at the end of August, so pick your favorite!
- In front of your favorite animal habitat like Hippo Cove or Elephant Trek
- Festival of Light spots: International Tree, Twinkle Trails, Under the Sea
