Meet the Newest Members of the Cincinnati Zoo Family During Zoo Babies Month
Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden celebrates the newest members of its flock throughout May during Zoo Babies, sponsored by General Electric Credit Union.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome these adorable Zoo Babies to our ever-growing Zoo family,” said Cincinnati zoo director, Thane Maynard. “They serve as ambassadors for their species, inspiring everyone to care for and protect wildlife and their habitats.”
The Zoo Babies of 2024 include a baby sloth, bat-eared fox, okapi, bongo, opossum, cape porcupine, three manatees, and more! Some babies, such as Kal the bat-eared fox kit, are not viewable yet but will hopefully appear this summer.
On Mother’s Day, May 12, moms get free admission! See the Zoo’s Mother’s Day Gift Guide to find the important person in your life something special!
